Consider this my first post of 2012Never plan to ever come back to this blog anymore. Seriously I dont have a habit of writing blogs or diaries.
Idk what brings me back here. Anyway I will try my best to update once in a while from today onwards.
So let's do a quick update on what had been happening lately.
Just celebrated my birthday and I am officially 21 ! Yay to the 'legalization' and Oh No to getting older.
Had an awesome birthday party with all my friends. Unforgettable one =B
Then my semester started with a whole lot of pressure and assignments. Lecturers seems to have devil teeth and evil smiles, waiting to put us through hell this sem.
After having almost 4 months summer break, I can say that I still couldn't adjust my soul and mind to fully focus on study YET. :(
Been getting a lil ill lately. sore throat and flu. Fast food and fried stuffs seem A LOT tastier and tempting when I am sick. couldn't agree more huh *.<
So done with the lil updates. What's coming ahead us then?
There is a beauty expo on 28-30th Sept which is these 3 days at KLCC convention centre. Go and check it out if you have time! Bet a lot of promotions and cheaps stuffs there =B
Mid Autumn Festival is just around the corner! ready with ur candles, lanterns and mooncakes? Even thou yesterday my celebration of the midautumn festival didnt went smoothly, at least I lighted up a candle and ate mooncake. The last time I ate mooncake was years ago, not a fan of it anyway ~
OctoberFest is here! If you are a fan of it, go like this page OktoberfestMY and get updated. Just a sweet lil advice, Dont do Drunk Driving. I would never say 'Dont drink and drive', who would actually listen and obey to this, we are Malaysians afterall. XD
David Guetta will be performing at Sepang International Circuit KL this coming 12th October. Another round of rave party! Go grab your tickets if you are interested.

1st visit to Jogoya
I went to this well known buffet in the town this monday 10/10/11 with my three other classmates.
This is our 1st time trying out Jogoya except for one of us, Vivien, who went with her family before.
We had to make our payment before we are allowed to go in and enjoy the buffet. It cost around rm190+ for the two pairs of us, for lunch buffet. And the dining time is limit to *2 hours* only. So we had our lunch from 12pm-2pm. :)
I suggest you make reservation if you want to go for this promotion to avoid disappointment when you reach there, it's always full house when promotion is going on.
There were many sections and different type of cuisine for us to choose from like Japanese, Teppanyaki, Chinese, Barbecue, Shabushabu, Dimsum, Beverages, Icecream and Desert. 0.0
Anyway we started our buffet with the Japanese cuisine. The sashimi wasn't as great as I thought it would be. But the scallop was tasty.
We took a bit from all the varieties of different type of cuisine, we don't really have big appetite Haha.
However, my personal comments on the food was just so-so. =O I expect better quality from Jogoya.
Perhaps the seasoning and ajinomoto were a lot, after the buffet I was feeling thirsty for the whole day, kept drinking water -.-
One of my friend ordered Salt baked chicken and of course, we expect the size to be at least a quater of the chicken. And guess what, when the chicken came, the size was only slightly bigger than the spoon. LMAO ended up we had to reorder two.
We end our buffet with desert and Icre Cream!! They have both NewZealand and Haagen-Dazz icecream and I picked my favourite flavour, Green tea and Chocholate ;D YumYum~
I had a great time enjoying the buffet with my Sismates despite the little disappointment on the food itself. =D

Love's Secret Language
I went to this Tea Talk on Saturday 8/10/11, organized by Great Eastern.
It's a talk on love and relationships which not only focus on lovers but family too.
The ticket wrote 1pm-5.15pm. So me and my mom reached around 12.45pm.
When we went to the registration counter, we were told that 1-2pm was for registration, the talk started at 2pm.
We were like LOL. shouldn't came so early.
Anyway, luckily we did, because the hallway was full of people, waiting to get into the hall before 2pm.
Food and tea were served in the hallway before we enter the hall.
There were some stalls along the hallway, like
MPH (selling some motivational and children's book)
Blackmores (30%off on most of the supplements)
BP (promoting body checkups' package for family)
Photo shooting (rm2 for one and it's for Charity!)

The girl said is because mine was too LOW. However, low cholesterol is better than high.

Everyone rushing into the hall and because of the photo shooting, we went in late but still manage to get 2 good view seats. (under the air-cond LOL)
Those who came in very late were searching for seats, especially big groups, had to split.
A Dato was giving an opening speech. (forgotten who he is =X but manage to rmb pieces of what he said)
He said he was surprised being invited by Great Eastern as guest of honour of this talk.
Because Great Eastern is all about insurance, which have nthg to do with love's secret language.
However, he finds this topic interesting and hope everyone can benefits from this talk.
Here comes the Speaker of the day, Dick Cheng!
He is a famous speaker from Hong Kong and is involved in a lot of societies such as marriage consultation and he worked in the insurance field for more than 10 years.
Go to 夫子俱乐部 where you can read all about him and what he does.
I am just gonna summarize the talk because I am not as good as him in delivering his beliefs. =X
First part of the talk, he talked about the relationship between parents and children.
Relationship between lovers came in the second part.
Trust is the key to build a harmony relationship and give praises whenever you can.
He said, even after centuries, the Chinese are still reluctant to give compliments and praises.
Have faith in your children/parents/lovers, give praises that they are being great, spread the positive energy and you will have a long harmony relationship.
Don't criticize, cause when you do, you are being *selfish*.
You should do what is best for the world, for those around you. Not asking those around to give what you want or do what you thought is the best.
When you start disliking what your children/parents do/look, you demand for changes and that's when the love fading.
There is a reason when we say love is blind.
When relationship is surrounded by love, you accept the weaknesses of the other parties.
When love starts fading, you couldn't accept those weaknesses anymore and they become your reason of a breaking relationship.
Never destroy children's dreams. Because these dreams are where the invention of planes, phone and rocket came from.
Imagine that long long time ago, your son said he wants to go to the moon and live. You scolded him and asked him to concentrate on his studies, there is no such thing as living on the moon. He listened to you because you were his role model, he learned everything from you. Then, there won't be rocket existing, we wouldn't know that the surface of the moon actually is not as smooth as it seems.
Give them the space to dream and give courage to them to make those dreams come true. No matter how silly those dreams are. Because sanity is what we need lesser in our life.
There is no such thing as 旺夫(Vanves) or 克夫 (quebracho) , nvr believe those movie where husband is dead after a few day of marriage because the wife 克夫.
However there are 后天旺夫 or 克夫. (don't *huh?!?!* you said there is no?)
Imagine when your husband bring a lot of work come home and say he has to finish it tonight and has no time to accompany you watch your favorite movie.
Wife A shows her black face and say 'everytime also say busy work, it's not like you are going to get promoted even thou you work your ass off. Those little salary, every night also OTOT! I know you don't like that movie, purposely bring so much work so that you don't have to watch the movie right!'
This kinda women is call 后天克夫.
All his dreams and courage will be destroyed and this will bring no good to himself as well as his family.
Eventually, the relationship won't last and which is why the existence of mistress.
Wife B go and give a light shoulder massage to her husband saying 'Aww I know you must be very tired now after a long day work, nevermind, we can download that movie to watch next time. I go and make some green tea for you! I am sure your extra effort will be noticed by your boss one day, I know you have the ability to shine!'
This kinda women is call 后天旺夫.
If you start giving compliments and positive energy, courage and trust is born and this further strengthen the relationship between the lovers.
Omg. I can go on and on like this. There were so much to write. and I believe that he had so much more to tell us than those few hours speech. I wished I can learn more from him and his beliefs.
Of course, he told A LOT of Jokes! So the talk wasn't dead boring about humanity.
He is such an amazing man, and thru what he told us, I can see that he has a happy family. :)

My 20th Birthday
I just celebrated my 20th birthday. Had an awesome one :D
I had dinner with my family at 'The Ship', Bukit Bintang.
Though I don't really fansy the food over there, I enjoyed the time spent with my family.
The next day I went and watched two movies, The Smurfs and Bridesmaid.
Nothing much to comment on the movie. Soso for me. @@
Then it was tea time!
Finally I tried the cakes at 'The Garden'.
Green tea with Red bean and Chocolate Banana cake.
Seriously, I din't expect the cakes to be so, full filling.
Till I hardly could take any heavy dinner.
Anyway I had my dinner at Ben's Pavilion.
Thanks to Derek for the treating.
Since both of us werent that hungry, we ordered Ben's Salad and Macaroni Cheese (not sure the name correct or not, smthg like that lah XP)
Thumbs up for the food there. :)
Definitely pay another visit next time to try out more of their dishes.
Then had some chilling time with few of my friends after dinner.
Next day, which was 15th September, my actual Birthday.
My two besties, Sohching and Kelly showed up infront of my door, suprised me with a home made cake.
I was touched! the cake was yummy ^^
After having one slice of the cake, we straight rush to sunway lagoon.
Cause we were kinda late in schedule.
Haha Even taken our breakfast in the car, Sohching's homemade lovely spaghetti.
Had a great time there, spent most of the time at water park. teehee
Luckily the weather that day was being nice, no raining ^^
Even after two days, I still having the muscle ache.
Guess I really lack of some exercise and sport activities.
After Lagoon, we were VERY hungry. Not to mention dead tired.
After showering and dressing up, we went to Chawan, Bangsar for dinner.
The nasi lemak was Yummy! Thumbs up for the chicken rendang.
No wonder it was full house.

Then it was party time at Mist!
Was very exhausted and tired that day, I straight away went to bed after cleaning up myself.
But I had to say I had a great birthday this year with all my lovely ones. ^^
Stepping into twenties not only make me grow wiser but cherish each and every moment in my life.

3-9-11I went Sing K with my friends today. =D
First time sing till exhaustion. HAHA But I had a GREAT time!
There was a lucky draw and I got a mystery gift. Guess what, it was a RM10 Dragon-i voucher!
Good for me cause I always dine in there =)

Here comes my Singapore trip's post. Been procrastinating because I am lazy to organize the photos though I didnt took much. :(Grouped some of the photos to keep the post short, so that you won't get
On 28th, I reached JohorBahru in the afternoon and stayed one night before going to Singapore.

The next day, we packed and get ready to leave JB.
Loooooong jams at the Singapore Customs :( In and out of Singapore.
We spent the few nights in Singapore at my cousin sister's place.
After unpacking, we went out to hunt for food!
Suntec City*
There is a lucky fountain there.
People circling the fountain for 3 rounds, putting their (dont know left/right =P) hands into the water.
We took our late lunch at the foodcourt there.
We took MRT to Ang Mo Kio.
The one on the left side is my aunt, she lives in S'pore. ^^
My mom in the middle and the right side is my another aunt.
Their MRT is so organized and clean. Even their escalators are faster than kl ones. LOL
The next day, we went to a vegetarian shops at Fortune Center for breakfast.
(One of my aunt is a vegetarian, so most of my meals for the trip were vege*)
but I like it, cause I aint a meat lover. :)
My mom kinda have a prob for that HAHA
Then we went to the 'Si ma lu', where I captured the second photo which is a temple. (lots of people there because it was 初二)
Noticed the bald mat salleh in the middle? He is my cousin sis's hubby. :)
There is a huge buddha statue there.
Put some money into it and touch it to have some good luck! =D
Then we head over to the Marina Bays Sans.
A big complex with all branded shops and of course, the casino.
But I am underage :( not allowed to enter. Sigh.
There is a river in the complex, showed in the last 2 photos.
Have to pay for the ride, so I chose to walk around the complex.
btw, there is a ice skate ring too! ^^

The photo above is the Stadium near the Water Place. I was passing by the Stadium on my way back to my cousin sis's home - Casuarina Cove. Then I heard Jacky Cheung's singing. He was having concert in there. ^^
The echo kinda loud, lucky me to hear free live singing from him!
Overall, the trip was okay. Wanted to go Sentosa Island but couldn't get the ticket last minute. Perhaps I will go with my friends next time. :) It is good to keep in touch with the relatives and go for a short trip. :)
A little concern for those around you and a little pampering for yourself, the world would be enlighten!
